You can’t afford to miss the Brisbane MediaPass Student Industry Day

Final year journalism students:
Register now for the annual MediaPass Student Industry Day. It’s on Thursday May 28 and registration is as simple as emailing students@alliance.org.au with your course details (university, degree, year of graduation) by 5pm May 26.
The day is designed to help you make the transition between study and working in the media industry. Students hoping to find work in journalism cannot afford to miss this day – the people responsible for hiring cadets for ABC, Network Ten, The Courier-Mail and more will be there as speakers. Also speaking will be young working journalists and freelancers, including charismatic freelancer Benjamin Law, and blogger du jour Erica Bartle (http://GirlWithASatchel.com). The program is attached.
As ever, the day is FREE to attend and includes lunch and refreshments. The day will be held at Metro Arts, in Edward St in the city, from 9.30 – 3.30.
