The chance for students to enter the 2009 Qld Media Awards has been extended.The new deadline is Friday 31 July. Students should note that they must enter online as well as mailing their entries, so should leave time to ensure their entry arrives at the QMA office before the cut-off.
Winners of the Most Outstanding Journalism Student prizes will receive $6000.

We ask that you encourage to all media/journalism students to participate.
Not only is it a great prize, but in entering, they will get their best work seen by leading industry figures, including a representative from the category sponsor, the Qld Parliamentary Media Gallery.
