Agribusiness Association of Australia (AAA):
Our association facilitates the networking of professionals in Agribusiness across all sectors of the industry. As the director for Queensland one of my responsibilities is to foster media awareness. With this in mind the AAA would like to invite a journalism student interested in Agriculture to attend our functions. The student will be asked to write a synopsis of the event, which once approved by the board will be disseminated on our website and by other media networks.
By doing so we hope to create a win win scenario for the student and AAA. The student getting practical experience and media exposure, and AAA obtaining quality journalism skills at our functions.
I am more than happy to discuss this further with any academics who which to suggest students for the role.
I have enclosed a profile of the organization and a list of events that will occur next year.
I look forward to working with UQ and it's students.
